Broglio strikes gold

Broglio’s community relations work struck gold at the PR industry’s prestigious CIPR PRide Awards, winning the 2009 Gold Award for its entry, ‘Building Belief in The Malling School’.

The CIPR PRide Awards showcase the best PR work being carried out across the UK regions, with over 1,400 entries this year across the 24 award categories. Commenting on Broglio’s Gold Award for Community Relations the judges said: “Broglio did an impressive job of rallying all the school audiences to support a new identity for the school. A number of imaginative tactics were employed. The result was a successful rebranding of the school to the benefit of the school and the community.” December 2009

Broglio to manage Scotgrass 2010 communications

Broglio is to manage communications for Scotgrass 2010 on behalf of event organiser the Agricultural Engineers' Association and sponsor Ecosyl Products Limited. Featuring working demonstrations of grass harvesting machinery and, for the first time, recycling of manures with the emphasis on systems that minimise GHG emissions, Scotgrass 2010 will be held on Tuesday 11 May, at the SAC Dairy Research Unit, Crichton Royal, Dumfries.

Working with media partners in Scotland, England and Northern Ireland Broglio is to develop PR, advertising and promotional literature focusing on the first chance to see new technology, at work, in practical conditions. October 2009
